Yeah I bought a turbo flange and an exhuast flange from Wier.

weather or not your building an all motor header or turbo manifold youre not going to use 1.5" 16ga tubing. the 1.5" schedule 10 bends that normal turbo manifolds are made of are actually 1.625 (1 5/8) inside diameter so you would use at least that in tubing size.

i would NOT recommend making a 16ga turbo manifold unless youre gonna build a brace to support the full weight of the turbo. just use 1.5" schedule 10 butt weld fittings that you can get from aaron wier or acestainless.com

Ditto on the el's from weir or ace. However one reason all manifolds tend to use 1.5" fittings is because 1.25" is usually more expensive - its less common in the plumbing world, which basicly helps set the prices. For 350whp or less the ~1.35" ID stuff (1.5" OD 16ga) would be great, however I feel the same way about 16ga manifolds. Without excellent materials, welding skills, and bracing, 16ga is fail.

I think all cop cars need to have turbo. nbspnbsp Then they would understand the necessity of putting your foot down and how uncontrollable the urge is to fucking rail on that shit.
