So after some delaing and waiting I purchsed and moved the 85' 200sx i had been talking about last week. Car Is in even better shape than I initially remember from when I first inspected it.

It needs some small shit here and there fixed, a leak or two, and then the motor needs to be fucked with since it doesnt start. Could be any god damn thing.

I expect some wiring gremlins. Oh well. Its more fun that way. Atleast I got a DD that works so I can tear tihs thing apart all I want.

Im gonna see if I can get the sohc thats in it working. Ill go through the motions of figuring out why it wont start, check compression, replace/tune up some shit.

Im most likely gonna do a ka swap. Those bad boys drop right in. I jsut gotta find the right one on the cheap that isnt already fucked. Theres been a lot of ka motors for sale lately with bad compression or knocking

Im excited aobut this. I feel quite gangster sitting in it. Especially when the warning voice tells me ive forgotten something

If you're putting the interior back to OEM, let me know. I can probably get you the original silver "1980's AWESOME" casette deck. Theres a couple wrecked 300ZX's at the local joint here and the radio looks like it should be a direct fit.

Cool thing is though im ordering a bunch of shit for it (door panels, center console, window motors, etc) for cheap as fuck. Warehouse in OK is liquidating its inventory. OEM stuff for best offer prices? Fuck yea!

Registering it is going to be bad enough. Fuck Florida. title transfer/new title, new tags, registered ect will run 400ish

yea yea yea Im getting there. Ran out of day light. Plus the game is on in 15 minutes. I got money riding.

Once I get down to the real work on the car, Ill probably make a new thread.

The fucker has no get up and go. Its not reading air/fuel properly because the o2 sensor isnt really hooked up (one of the 3 wires is disconnected) and its a turbo engine running na. slooooooowww lol. t25 going in it in the near future hopefully
