i think its legit only because thats a real dash cam and any officer who did something like that as a joke and put it out especally deploying a tazer would prolly get fired. AND it also seems to be in the south whitch totally dosn't surprise me

states varry i look at it again and it does seem to be pretty hard to believe but from the dash cams im used to seeing the top number is the video code for the dept and the bottom is the officers number so he can log in and pull the video feed from his shift
