What would you offer for this....

The basics:
1990 Jeep Wrangler Laredo with 4.2L inline 6 cylinder
Odometer reads 118xxx miles (need to check to confirm)

Drivetrain:
NV3550 transmission out of '03 Rubicon (5 speed)
Rebuilt transfer case less than 500 miles ago (new bearings, chain, seals)
Novak #SK2X transfer case shifter (eliminates stock Z pattern for shifting)
Advance Adapters SYE
Coast Driveline rear driveshaft
Custom front driveshaft built by Dunns in Winchester
1" Rustys MML

Suspension and axles:
XJ Dana 30, 4.88 gears, TJ shafts, open
XJ Dana 44, 4.88 gears, stock shafts, Detroit locker
Custom powdercoated SOLID diff covers front and rear
Spring over axle with 1.5" Rubicon Express leaf springs
Bilstein 5150 shocks
M.O.R.E. steering
M.O.R.E. traction bar
M.O.R.E. 3/8" boomerang shackles
35" BFG Mud-Terrain KM tires (20% front, 30% rear tread)
35" MT MTZ spare tire (not balanced, 40% tread)
15x8" chrome steel wheels

Other extras:
Rock Hard 4x4 front bumper
LoD rear bumper and swingout tire carrier
150w KC Slimlites fog lights
Durabak coated interior
Front TJ flares (have the rears but haven't installed them yet)
Bestop soft top replaced the stock top in Fall of 2007
Rain Gear cab cover (comes down over doors to project again rain and other elements when the top is down and doors are off)
60" Hi-lift jack with hood mount
Skid Row engine skid (not currently installed)

The Jeep is sold as is. Any spare parts I can find will be included. I also have an AMC 360 that is torn down that I was planning on rebuilding and putting in the Jeep. The short block has been cleaned and magnafluxed by a machine shop and they said the cylinders need to be bored .030 at least. I will include the engine and all parts that came with it.

The Jeep is currently located in Blacksburg but will be going back to Winchester this coming week. I can deliver it within a reasonable distance for gas money until May 29. After that, I start working and my ability to deliver greatly decreases and will cost more.

And now for some pictures (I have tons, if you want more just ask)

$5500 is actually a pretty decent price. Around here, stock YJs go for about that on CL

Dana 30 beats the fuck out of a Dana 35.

You can find a Dana 44 front pretty cheap from the older Wagoneers though

and

The rear suspension needs some tuning, as the front is doing all the work.

Other then that it seems like a decent deal. Looks clean used decent parts.

If you tryed to trade me a stratus for anything I own I would punch you in the troat but you can try. I'd do a compresson and leakdown on that 4.2 before I got to excited. Check the air cleaner and see if its puking oil onto it yet up the breather pipe.

can have, they are tough but most people abuse them. The feedback carb always fuck up. I rip them off and put the older non feedback carb on with no problems.
