Pertwee and Baker, the two rightmost on the top row, were my favorites.  Pertwee was an insufferably arrogant British prick (possibly in real life) and was the lonly one of the Doctors who really enjoyed beating the shit out of people with his bare knucles.  Baker was very American, and his autobiography Who in the World is Tom Baker? is fucking hilarious on audio book with him narrating.

I also enjoy the fact they will trash a car.  You won't find a car TV show in America that will absolutely rip into cars for being horrible.  This is where government owned TV really works.  They don't have to worry about kissing ass to keep sponsors.
