they don't hire stupid people. or people that would snich on illegalities they witness.

the fact is, if you've been caught doing anything and there is a record of it somewhere, you have already de-selected yourself, depending on the level of clearance your shooting for.

My major and overall GPA are both just below a B+ average. While many people would be proud of such an accomplishment, I am at times frustrated with myself. I have always felt, and still do, that I am capable of achieving the highest marks on any fair measure of my academic and professional achievements but I have often stretched myself thin by working hard at developing skills and hobbies that are often overlooked by the recruitment process for opportunities relating to school and my career. These can be discussed in detail during an interview, but as an example I have designed and built from the ground up an engine management system for a BMW, then designed and implemented a hardware package that essentially doubled the car's efficiency and power output.

if there is a record of it, usually its safe to say that they already know everything before you even write an answer. but if there is no record of it then there is no use of admiting to it. only tell them about tickets and shit like that because they already know anyways

They pulled everything on me, they knew it all. I think it is more of a test to see if you are being truthful.
Thing is, a secret is just a quick look type investigation, when you get TS and higher (SCI etc.) then they will find anything and everything out.
