i heard those fish (sturgeons) are in lake Erie. thats like 2 hours from my house but been their and never caught one only some big sheep-head

sometimes, its usually too crowded and fished out. hard to find places around here that you can actually catch something at.

I went fishing both days this weekend out in the Hood Canal (puget sound)... we got screwed. If I were to post up a picture of the trip it would just be me getting drunk at 10 AM with no fish.

ive only caught trout and i murder carp sometimes. but trout is always good eatin. usually dont go fishing much. more into shooting and things that go bang bang. but fishing when going camping/hiking is usually alright and fun when you catch stuff to eat.

id rather sit off the shore and just pick off smaller fish cut em/clean em in one stroke salt and pepper then toss on the grill eat as is

Used to see some huge sturgeon surface when they'd turn barges in the Niagara River, look like 15 foot logs lazily breaking the surface and submerging again. I've caught a 4 footer before, and saw a 8 footer when I was diving.

WHAT BAIT DID YOU USE TO CATCH IT ? i have caught some pretty big black tip sand sharks off the piers in myrtle beach with almost any kind of bait. i have a pic of my girl that i need to find and post on here of her hold what was left of a hammer head shark. she caught on a piece of shrimp but while she was reeling it in something bigger got ahold of it and only the hammer-heads head was pulled out. and was still breathing even though it had no body ;D she was about to start crying because she felt bad

but i ended up using it as bait and didnt catch anything. one time while we were on vacation in myrtle beach their was a boy their with a riced out pos cavalier with a big wing and body kit that kept checking out my girl like i wasn't even their so we took the fish we caught earlier and were going to use for bait that night but instead we layed the dead fish all over his car that night ;D ( but we have done worse) if a thread ever gets started about bad things we have done on vacation trips i'll post it all in their

I dont fucking remember, I was usually drunk as fuck when we went fishing. Not to mention, I haven't lived in NY in 10 years now, caught it about 14 years ago. Really don't fish much here in AL/GA, the chattahooche is pretty nasty.
