What I plan on possibly doing is nixing the walbro 255HP in my tank (I also have a 044 under my feet and a -7 feed from the tank to the rail).
Making a new Tank "top" that has a 1/2"- 5/8" line going to a serviceable billet filter where the pump WOULD have been in the tank (sumping from the original oem spot so the baffling is still functional) with a -8 bung on the top running too My existing 044 and another I would add (in parrallell).
Fuck a sumped tank.
For this session were gonna see what I get to with the current setup and if fuel becomes an issue, Well stuff the A1000 on the car for the dyno. Being as its already made 650 on what I have currently, And the new big ass injectors and the fact I wasnt dumping pressure, well have to see how far I get, but plenty of people are making 7 on the setup I have... Granted on B series, still they are revving them higher too, IDK well see.
Honestly, If I were in your shoes Id be more concerned asbout getting the car to run for a while before trying to make any power... You dont even know if fuels an issue, why fuck with it.
Youre not going to make 650 on a 255 Dustin... LOL You might get to a touch above 600is, but not much, MAYBE on a fluke setup.
