My last honda tranny i used Rotella oil 15-40 in it for two years with out any problems :yes:

I've been wanting to try that myself, but has been two years without a manual tranny equipped car. Thoery is the extra zinc will add some cushion.

That be the case, add some ZDDP additive to your regular oil and you save a little resistance from the lighter weight oil

Ever look into graphite?

usually 10 30 anything

75-140 gear oil in crx ls trans did not want to shift on a cold morning but 3rd did not grind

20-50 vr1 valvolin with zddp adative

wokrs good just change it as needed dail driver can go 30 k

track car
1k racing miles (road coarse) not weak sauce straight line 'n
