Chicken tacos :yes:

Throw 3 cans of rotell, 2 cans of chicken stock, and 5 chicken breast (cut into 2" chunks) and boil that shit on low for about 2 hrs. or untill liquid is gone and chicken kinda shreds up when you grab it with tongs. Grab some corn tortillas, heat some veggie oil up in a pan drop a tortilla in and kinda hold one side of it up with some tongs so it fries up like a hard taco, flip it and fry the other side. Fill that bitch with some chicken, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and chopped olives, and grub the fuck out.
