So today, there isn't a single billable thing I can do. Decided to wrap up this wheel cover I was playing with during slow times. Hoping to get these airplane people to think outside the box with what they want on their planes.



Little water drop effect with a shadow like its recessed



And a faux carbon look. Thoughts?

Lol, I really wasn't shooting for patriotic. In person that blue and red are awesome colors, just wanted to use them both. I'm not really a creative person artistically so given a blank canvas like that is torture for me. I can almost duplicate anything I see though. Just tried to merge some skills into one part.

Would kinda badass if I could be given a Pimp My Plane show though. Lol

That star is all kinds of warped lol. Paint job and lines look really clean though

That was kind of the point. It works with the curve and direction of flight, like the speed is stretching it

i like the water droplet effect. I can't think of a practical application for it, but it looks very realistic.

Yea, it's super easy to do also. I keep thinking about making a coffee table and doing the top like that.
