That was an email after we figured this out Customer service with there team is A+++ gonna go play with crome and ectune some more tomorrow. everything should be golden now havent seen crome respond so well in a long time.

Their technical support is beyond compare.  Moatsie makes me look like a dullard, Darren isn't exactly stupid, and Blundell is doing most of the email support as of a month ago.  Everyone there has a hand in designing, coding, and troubleshooting the equipment designs.

Really an awesome company.  My only complaint is they don't have more products to offer.  I'm not saying that to be flattering - I am bitching about it, they simply don't make enough gear.
