Design or post an appropriate avatar for Random Strike, a.k.a. Johnny Bliss, a.k.a. Johnny Ignorance, a.k.a. RHMT Economic Advisory Chairman.

Of course with RHMT being a true democracy, Joseph Davis (Poll Csar) will notify my administration of the results and I'll have to install the new agreed upon avatar by force for the remainder of my administration. (lifetime appointed RHMT President)
