Prevent molten aluminum from splaterring onto your skin and giving you severe burns

i think we are talking about splatter not a blob, if you somehow splashed it on you, you are fucked either way lol

i never noticed getting burns when i welded,but i wouldnt wear gloves or sleeves when cutting metal because of sparks getting inside and burning me. (buying the right gloves might help you).use to have a lot of burns on my hands from metal getting in my gloves from cutting. i imagine if i had better gloves like when i welded it might help or wrap the ends close. being in the heat and cutting metal outside was a lot easier just to wear no gloves or shirt for that matter.
