It is fixed. Supposedly the issue was our Edmonton and Red Deer locations were getting a new internet provider, as well as we just did a clean install on our one server. Now supposedly when they setup the ip's in the branch's they had some sort of ip conflict and blocked a section of ip address's till they had the time to sort out which one was causing the problem.
I personally think it is BS, and they were just caught off guard that I would raise hell about it, so they reversed it and made up this story. What is most disturbing to me, is not that they blocked it, but that everyone would lie about who made the call.
