You sir fail at Roast Beef.  That there is quite possibly the finest sandwich in the world.  The Beef on 'Weck served in very few places other than western NY.  The Roast beef you should have compared to is more of the Arby's quality

It was not about the quality of the roast beef, it was about the quantity, which I am sure you will agree is quite abundant in both cases.
