so in a rhd car, is the pedals/shifter the same orientation, or is it mirrored?

Put it on the dyno today (again). Made 250 at 14psi falling out of vtec because I've got so much shit tapped into the tunertoys fitting. Guess Mr. anti sandwich plate will need one afterall. Once that's done, we're hitting 400 or burning it to the ground. More updates tomorrow.I bought a sandwich plate and after looking at it, I couldn't make myself install it. Used the TT fitting too, but it only flows oil to the turbo. I'm guessing yours is flowing to the turbo and vtec? I'd find another way before putting a sandwich plate on there.
The tunertoys fitting is supplying my turbo (restricted slightly in anticipation of this issue), the vtec head, and the mechanical gauge. With all of that going through a 1/8 port, it's just not enough flow.
How much oil pressure is teh gauge showing? Ive ran the turbo and vtec head off a TT block fitting without any issues, Hopefully you dont have a oil pressure issure with the motor :?:What his gauge says is probably useless. Probably shows great pressure. But if he Tee'd a gauge right at the turbo and right at the vtec solenoid he'd find it's lower from the flow losses associated with each. What size lines are you using?
(see what i did there?)
The whole top end of the motor is stock I believe. #'s are where they should be.NO i read on HT that u have to make 500whp on 15psi
Is the dude with the AWD dyno named Shane?
MSD coil+new OEM ignitor and you'll be good to go. What spark plugs and what gap.
Ignitor is most likely your issue with top end break up.
Is the dude with the AWD dyno named Shane?
No, the guy pictured with the awd dyno is Jordan. I've heard of the Shane guy before, I believe with DB Performance, and to my memory an old affiliate of Brent Rau. I think he's located 45 minutes or so from me, and never been there.
If you have a spare dist laying around if my memory is correct a sohc ignitor should work in the dohc vtec dist I know that applies to obdo 100 percentd16y distributors and gsr's have the exact same internals. Ive swapped them before trouble shooting.
I have tuned 2 cars on dyno's that did the same thing your talking about. We switched ignitors got some brand new vatozone ones and they did the job. Break up was gone.
FUck those vatozone ones. I've bought 3 and they all either don't work, or go out with the quickness.
Invest in an OEM unit from Honda.

Had some injector plugs switched and didn't know it, so it was a vaccum trip. Now that that's all sorted out, we're gonna head back to the dyno for real tuning. The most fun I had was stopping at gas stations along the way. People see me get out of the right side and look at me like their having a bad acid trip. It helps that the car is open downpipe and smells like corn too.
Ok, so these were from a couple weeks ago, but pics......

I probably should have though about this more when I did it, but it's a TT block fitting going to a -3 firewall line, to a tee with one to the turbo, to another tee :noel: going to -6 to the head, and an 8ft. -3 to the gauge. Damn, that sounded dumber than I thought. haha.
These are pics of the first dyno we were on. Since that day another shop called me to paint their new 5,000sq ft shop, so needless to say the tuning was worked in with the new shop. Both of them have great reps with E85, but the guy in these pictures is booked out "forever" as it were.

Dude you just got trolled by all the carforums at once!
I think I will need to upgrade the breathers. I've got one on the valve cover and one off the black box, and I've got smoke through the exhaust.
get some wheel liners too.. looks like you drove in the rain. your tires proly picked up a lot of sand and put it up by the hood hinges and along the rocker moulding, it sits in your door jam/rocker moulding and scratches the bottom of you doors.
Congrats on finishing it up
yeah i think a 9:1 should be around 180-185
