Had to do the body lift to clear the tires. These are 33's and once re-geared with 5.29's I plan on 35's

Dont try and bullshit us, ball joint spacers/fj rear coils would have cleared 33's, and your bolt on brushguard is kind of gay:) . I love 4runners though if im not lazy ill throw some pics of my 91 sas'd runner. Sell the 3.4 for a billion dollars and 7mgte that bitch.

Btw i wouldnt run any kind of real power through 5.29's. Go 4.88's and love that extra tooth on the pinion.

My yota had 38.5" SX's and NO lift... Just a bit of minor trimming on the hood.

Ball joint spacers are used on 2nd gens. This is a 3rd gen with a 3" OME suspension lift which I thought would clear these tires. It did, barely. I still had rubbing issues when turning off road. So I got the body lift. Whoopty doo, who gives a shit. Besides its easier to wash the frame this way.

Wont 4.88's still be geared fairly high with 35's? Factory I'm running 4.10's and its sluggish with these 33's figured 4.88 would take it back to stock but then when I get 35's in the future I'll be running sluggish again wont I? So if I run 5.29's and decide on 35's wont it feel like stock? Who knows I could go to a 38"

And yes I agree a bit that the front end needs a bit of an improvement. I plan to do something with this bumper, I'm sorry I'm too poor to dish out $1500 bux on an ARB bumper.

Here is another angle, the before and after shot. I say it was quite the improvement despite the homosexual spot lamps (which by the way are fucking BRIGHT!) and bush bar.

I painted it Matte black metallic. Only reason the metallic is there was because I live in a town of fuck all and the local CanadianTire had 2 pints of matte and one pint of metallic and I needed 3 pints and wasn't going to wait 2 months before those lazy fucks re-stock.
