Doing so probably isn't necessary, mind you — per FCC regulations, telemarketers are already prohibited from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers

FCC actually just recently bitch-slapped them.

I've been spammed on my cell.  I just save them under the "SPAM" contact that automatically sends to voicemail.
