Well, got my hood today.  Thing is awesome.  Only have about 1 hour on it but it hasn't flashed me yet.  Really comfortable.  I really like the big window and side windows.  Makes for really good visibility.

Dont do much while your welding, but in between welds, it is really nice to have peripheral vision.
