Just got my tax return. Going down to the local welding shop to see if I can wheel and deal a good price on the syncro 200, if not, I am going to be ordering it today along with a speedglas 9100Xx. Ah yeah niggas thats right!

The speedglass I had used to flash me a lot. Any tight work and the sensors get shadowed. It had a shit sensitivity adjustment too. The $40 northern tools one I have works better. The band is just flimsy.

I did use a $250 miller last night and it was a very nice helmet. Good lens, good adjustments, and the band was comfortable with one of the best drop knocks i've used.

Thats pretty high i think, I got my sync 200 runner for $1700 delivered bnib. If you look around you can find them for free shipping, buy everything from them and haggle that price down. I know i got a smoking deal but it wasn't like i begged for it. you just need to find the right place and talk to them right.

Well, cash talks. Walked in to pacific welding today and showed them some cash, out the door it went today. Still a ton of money but just as much as I would have payed online and I got it today! Got lots of practice to do now but so far I am happy. Way better then the HF tig!

got mine from that link i posted earlier. syncrowave 200, miller auto darkening hobby helmet, a welder cover, and a small like 60cubic yard bottle shipped freight to where i work for 1900. just wish i knew how to tig better so I could use it
