(Scantool) emissions is a county by county basis here in NC.  I live in a scantool emissions county.  I know four methods to fool scantool emissions, pretty apparent if the test ever gets audited by someone with their head out of their ass, and none of them are "clearscanning" aka using another vehicle for the test.
