used ACT pressure plate with a parts pile clutch that looked ok (Now slipping after close to 3 years)
runs off of surplus military grade oil (15w 45) which I have a stock of for free
I tuned it on crome gold
Spikes 14 psi and level at around 10. Ebay wastegate is preventing better control but it works ok for now until I try to S bend a rod
Turbo is a T3 45 trim (think small turbo, not a hybrid)
Really nothing special in the turbo Honda realm. Just something cobbled together on a budget.
Car has been flogged daily for almost 3 years now. The clutch is slipping now so, to prevent full clutch failure it is only flogged at 66% throttle. Car is my brothers which we built together. I have a turbo civic and a few DSMs but no pics at the moment. I might do a build thread on another project car I have in the mix. Just need to get everything together. Glad to be on RHMT!
