Sorry about the resizing but it was the only way I could post them up. If you want full size pics of a certain picture I can oblige. Strategically placed in the middle of the sea of soul lacking whores is a dyno graph and dyno vid. Specs on the car:

D16Z6
Stock bottom end (240,000 miles)
Arp head studs
Ebay turbo kit (bought used off of someone who needed to pay their rent  )
4 bar omni power ($20 off same guy lacking rent money)
DSM 450
Walboro 255
cheapest ebay exhaust I could find
used ACT pressure plate with a parts pile clutch that looked ok (Now slipping after close to 3 years)

runs off of surplus military grade oil (15w 45) which I have a stock of for free
I tuned it on crome gold

Spikes 14 psi and level at around 10. Ebay wastegate is preventing better control but it works ok for now until I try to S bend a rod

Turbo is a T3 45 trim (think small turbo, not a hybrid)

Really nothing special in the turbo Honda realm. Just something cobbled together on a budget.

Car has been flogged daily for almost 3 years now. The clutch is slipping now so, to prevent full clutch failure it is only flogged at 66% throttle. Car is my brothers which we built together. I have a turbo civic and a few DSMs but no pics at the moment. I might do a build thread on another project car I have in the mix. Just need to get everything together. Glad to be on RHMT!

Ok so I figured I would throw up some more pics of projects I am working on. First is a buddies H22 spacer thing he wanted ported out. I am no machinist, but it worked out well. Second is the home made engine dyno we are finally putting the last touches on. Enjoy.

I did all the electrical and made the monitor stand.

Oh and I forgot to add something. FUCK LAND AND SEA DYNO!!!

Yes that is right. From my experience with them, they are insipid twatwaffles that will only help you if you pay. My team inherited the dyno from another failing team and put it together. I call land and sea for help with their system and they refused to help out. They told me to read the help files and whatnot. I read the fucking help files you ass holes!! They said they would not support their older software and we had to shell out for their new software to get help. There is a definite issue that is slightly above my understanding of their cluster fuck software I could not reason my way around. So moral of the story is that we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $400 for their NEW FUCKING SOFTWARE just so they can do their job to support us. Way to fuck over a school and our racing budget. I get so fucking tired of people not wanting to attempt to do their jobs because it is easier to sit behind their desks and whack off to underage boy porn.

Now this was my experience with two of the people that I spoke with at the company so I could be making a broad statement. I await to be proved wrong. I do know that now that we had to pay the money for their new SUPER DYNO DELUXE software, I expect to be spoonfed the rest of the information I need. I will now no longer read the fucking book or a help file.

Sorry about the rant, just wanted to get my experience across in case any one was considering land and nuts for any of their dyno needs.

Btw you are probably in a engineering school, why don't you ask some other kids like you to make the software you're looking for?

I'm sure there's plenty of software/computer engineering guys that would like to make your software for free. Think out the box damn it.

The software was bought in 2009 and the new software was put out in 2010. So every few years you deserve no support from the supplier and have to buy the upgrade? That is unacceptable. I am not asking them to support something that is 2 decades old. They should be proud of the product they make and support it as so. Windows XP is on service pack 3 now. I am just saying.

I am in engineering school and could sit down and build software but why should I have to make something that has already been paid for. I could also build my own brake pads, but why would I want to do that? Thinking outside of the box is fine and dandy for some things, but right now all the time I have is the easy button. Support your shit or let it be known at the time of sale that it comes with very limited support. When this package was first bought, the salesman guaranteed that they would help with the initial install. About as worse as a used car salesman I guess.
