2.5" Mandrel Bent Exhaust
Here's an easy update.  I picked up a bunch of mandrel bent aluminized 2.5" exhaust piping from a buddy for cheap.  A couple U bends and an H-pipe if I recall.  Cut em up with the hack saw and the same 2.5" mitre box I made to cut the charge piping.  I have an angle grinder, but I find that the hacksaw + mitre box makes more even cuts.  Takes a little longer to cut, but makes the welding much easier.  I'll probably by a chop saw some day.

Side by side with the old 2.25" crush bent.  More flux core skills.

Brought the resonator over.

Hah oh yea, that tube sticking out the side near the bottom of that picture ^ was supposed to be a venturi type thing for the PCV system.  It didn't really end up working.

How's the BOV epoxy holding up?  Do the bolts thread through the intake pipe, or is it truly just attached with epoxy?

The plumbers putty is holding up great!  The bolts only thread into the aluminum adapter plate I made, they do not go all the way into the charge piping.  Check your email too.
