Is this going to hold?
« on: March 28, 2009, 05:21:42 PM »

So I decide 4 non running cars in my back yard is too many.  I start wrenching on this XR4Ti and there was no reason it shouldn't fire up, so I check compression. Zeros across the board  >:(  Gasket is wrecked and it's kind of hard to tell from the pic, but that's a good amount of material missing from the head.  Deck looks like shit but is flat.

 ???

edit: I didn't use that head.

Well we're going to try it at least.  8* base timing and no more than 10 psi.
