yeah you don't train an 18yo to kill the enemy for months, then drop them into a crowded stressfull and potentially dangerous situation to pass out bottled waters.

It's one theng i don't understand about how our government and military operates. our military does more humanitarian aid then combat missions. If were going to be the worlds rescue sqaud we should train a whole branch of service aimed at that.
