If you guys saw how I sanitize, you would probably shit your pants. The only things I sanitize are the things that sees my wort after the boil. Everything else gets washed with a brewers wash/cleaner. My brewpot (15g keg), my mash tun, my spoon/paddle all get cleaned very good after a brew, turned upside down and waits for the next brewday. Typically, I just wipe it down prior to a brew with a damp cloth. My wort chiller goes into the dish washer with brewers cleaner. -and gets rinsed and tossed into the boil about 10min before flame out.

When I sanitize, I fill up my pale/carboy with warm water and a splash of plain bleach. I toss my siphon, and transfer tube into it and about halfway through the boil, I start the siphon to drain/get the inside of the siphon sanitized and rinse with fresh water. That's it.
BTW, my rye stout was judged by a (certified BJCP) judge and he told me it could compete on the national level. It was done on my very ghetto system. -which now is a little better...
