I really need to stay in shape for work and for having sex with high school seniors so i have been making diet changes but the problem is that I drink about 5-10 beers/malts a day so thats pretty much all the calories I should be intaking for a whole day... I really think I need to go to drinking maybe only 3 days a week and start drinking something healthy but i dont know what

so for just drinks during the day what should i be drinking just to be healthy? i fucking hate water, orange juice, and milk... i cant drink milk at all i dont know im wierd

and when im drinking booze, what is healthiest? I know thats retarded but if i cant black out every now and then ill an hero so I dont care what it tastes like, i guess i want the maximum proof per damage done lol.

oh, and i know i look like i just escaped from a deathcamp but i cant stand to have even a pound of fat on me so whatever

Bloody Mary's are somewhat healthy.

definitely water. But if you want a little flavor, try making some tea and if you want it cold just make it the night before and throw it in the fridge. Sweeten with some honey or sugar, squeeze some lemon in it, whatever. Even if you like it pretty sweet, drinking real sugar over high fructose corn syrup thats in everything at the store is still a step in the right direction. but man up on the water-- no calories, and it will help to cleanse some of the toxins left over from drinking the night before. What's wrong with high fructose corn syrup.

Coke Zero is pretty good and 0 calories. If it's really cold the difference isn't huge between it and regular Coke.

high fructose corn syrup is super fucking not good for you-- your body doesn't metabolize it the way it does sugar, and it pretty much skips being a useful sugar in your blood and is just converted to glycogen and then fat, making you a fatass.

If you like sweet tea, drink that. I used to make a gallon of sweet tea with 1 cup of sugar. I've been cutting back the sugar a little at a time over the last couple years. Down to a heavy 1/4 cup of sugar now. Water is good too, I had to make myself start drinking water more often. But now it's not a problem to drink a few glasses of water every day. But I started off by just making myself drink 1 glass/day, everyday, and after a month or so, 2 glasses/day, etc.

GODDAMN, that is NOT sweet tea! 2 cups per gallon. That is sweet tea, southern style. And fuck do I love some SWEET tea.

Fat: 1 gram = 9 calories
Protein: 1 gram = 4 calories
Carbohydrates: 1 gram = 4 calories
Alcohol: 1 gram = 7 calories

the beer itself is not the calorie part its the alcohol itself. if you just drink vodka to get drunk one day and enough beer the next its pretty much the same amount of calories.

Dude if you cant tolerate water, your shit out of many options. Everything else thats "healthy" is bad to drink on a regular basis. Example: propel/gatorate shit is good for you when your BEING REALLY ACTIVE AND SWEATING AND SHIT. Otherwise its converted into fat and you just.

i do drink a bunch of franzia, i buy a box every 2 weeks i think? if cheap wine is not as healthy as good wine im willing to drop a dub on a bottle once week for a night cap or whatever

its fairly cheap, a little dry but i really like it. the only thing i like better is a concord that is made locally, but the closest W&S dosent carry it, so i rarely get it.
