As bad as I hate Taurus guns I bought one. Got a sweet deal on it and just couldn't pass it up. I like the the after market grips on it alot better than the original ones. Feels pretty good and shoots nice.

take it to the range. fire a shit load of bullets through it. clean it half as often as you spank the monkey, and your gun will stay reliable.

some guy asked me to trade him my glock for his ruger 10/22 with the ar type stock and a few different scopes plus cash, what would that be worth? sounds like a fun gun to shoot but crap i wanna CC pistol. but im sure i could use the 22 as a home defence rifle with the 25 rd clip.

10/22 is a $150 gun...with whatever TAPCO-fucked stock he put on it, maybe $250 if you're going by original purchase price. Depends on what kind of scopes we're talking about too, could just be a bunch of cheap junk that isn't worth anything.

Keep the Glock. Buy a 10/22 if you want one...I wouldn't use one as a home defense weapon unless that's all I had. Aftermarket mags for them can be really picky too, I hardly ever have any malfunctions with my cheapo 25-rounder, but I'd feel much better trusting my life to a Glock or the SLR I already own.

Oh yeah, nice Taurus. My brother used to have one, was a great gun, good shooter for a good price.

his has this stock on it with bushnell scope and also has red dot and green dot sights

think i might just try and pick up a used one later on

With my trigger adjusted and the grips on the gun I actually love it. It shoots great, consistent, loves home grown whammmmmy shells, and with the grips in the picture it feels 1000x more comfortable to me then the factory grips. Only 1 other hand gun it its price range I'd trade it for
