As far as the other shit, looking back you can always play the victim or learn something that you coulda done differently. I'm not sitting on my high horse I used to do the same shit and sometimes still do. But beating your head against the wall gets old.

That's sadly close to the truth.  Biggest problem is 99% of those houses need atlease 20k put into them before you can live there...

I think thats pretty common with most of the homes in battered real estate areas Michigan,California,florida. I guess the major difference is the harsh weather Michigan gets beating up homes faster.



Unless its major damage Hood it up and fix/clean as you can go.



Also if Buk would of spent some money on tools he could of already started a little side business doing basic repair work brakes/suspension/fluid changes for like 10-15 bucks an hour.

fabbing something that looks like the contents of a colostomy bag isnt going to get you anywhere.

the fact that you didnt see an issue with not sharpening the tungsten is the first obvious sign youre not gonna make any money in it because your going to try to cut too many corners. if you want to fab stuff for personal use you should be looking at a mig welder. it doesnt take much skill to use.

when i said i knew about it and ignored it that was as in... uhh the welder doesnt even work properly why bother sharpening the tungsten?

i bought a bench grinder for sharpenning tungsten and nothing else...

again.. i have never welded with or tried to weld with a good working welder...
