Heres the thing with mine. It is running great rite now, but i would like to put a smarty or something on it, i know that the TC would blow out with the quickness, so what should i do just to ensure it doesn't?

Aftermarket TC and valve body up grade as well as a shift kit would suffice?

Yup TC and VB, a good aftermarket VB like a goerend or a DTT, or a Suncoast, or an Ultimate, or ect... A VB is a shift kit, with other re works, so it is an either or not a both. That a long with making sure the bands are adjusted and everything is else is in good working condition should be good for the ~450-500hp range. Above that it is time for clutch's and billet pieces.

Getting this fucking AC working is pissing me off. Has refer in it, but clutch wont engage.

Another thing pissing me off is the fuse box. Says see owner manual for details, i look at the owners manual and it says see fuse box cover. LOL apparently there is supposed to be a plastic insert in there that tells you what fuses are what, and there isn't.

These are the fuses that are missing in the box,   3,7,10,17,24,31,34,41
Wondering if any of those have anything to do with A/C?

its a 06 quad long bed if that matters.

The one under the hood, its only stamped with what fuse number it is,  not the rating or what it is for.
Where is the one under the dash? I didn't know there was one under there....
