Not at the store I work. I taught everyone how to make it and order it, including the managers.

Me and my buddy came up with the McGangRape tho. A double quarter w/cheese, substitute angus(1/3lbs) meat and use a crispy chicken patty in between. You can feel the heart attack with every bite.
