Can I buy a gun if i dont have a permit 

i don't have one, i plan on getting a concealed soon. all they do is a background check, so if your not a felon or fucking crazy, or something of that nature, you should be good to go, you have to wait like a week to pick a pistol up from a store, but i try to go to gun shows. No background check and its not registered plus there's normally no wait

i would go, but i just spent my money on a Smith and Wesson Sigma SW40VE  its a pretty badass pistol, got it for 300 from a friend who lost his job, he paid 520ish out the door with the case and 4 extra 14+1 clips, and has shot about 5 rounds threw it. practically brand new

Ill give you 325 for it.... Sigmas arent all that, but theyre decent

the local gun show here dosent do BG's my friend got a .338 rifle and isnt aloud to buy guns. and i have never been checked at the show in lynden... this was over 2yrs ago though since i have gone

pistols are 3 days to a week i believe. if you buy a rifle or shotgun its up in the air. you could get it right there if you have a clean record and your name isnt common or wait a full week. also depending on WHO you buy it from. you buy it from some old dude thats just selling his collection. its you give him money and he gives you the gun. just like if you were to go buy a gun from a buddy. a gun show is like a car forum. its just collecting all the enthusiast in one spot. theres the ffl dealers and then just random people that will set up a booth. the dealers usually give a slight discount on there store prices but not much(if at all) becuase there still a business. what i do is check out the crazy old fuckers with the collection and usually some cheap ammo and such. the best part about this is if your not sure what a gun is going for you can usually find several of them for sale and then just buy the cheapest one or the one that fits your needs. also if your looking to sell a gun, bring it down they will put a zip tie threw your trigger and then you can go around trying to sell it to people or dealers or whoever asks. theres someting for everyone at these things. theres always a bunch of sweet knifes as well.

in washington state if you dont have a CWP you have to wait exactly a week when you buy it from a store, they made me wait 10 minutes when i bought my first pistol because that was the time on the receipt.
the sigmas look like decent guns, they usually have deals with a $50+ rebate plus 2 free extra clips from S&W

AND that sir is why i have one. but try it at wal mart and try telling me that...wouldnt even sell my friend a rifle. but if someone is asking how long its going to take to buy a gun, you can almost garentee that they dont have one lol. use to take me the full week to buy a riffle. those days are over

1 12 rd Extended mag for the .40

1 Mag of unkown origin that fits and feeds my pistol, but dont hold the slide open on the last round for reloading.... Think its actually a 9mm mag, but it cycles and feeds fine.IT HOLDS 15, BUT HANGS OUT ABOUT AN INCH AND A HALF.  .I was originally thinking of cutting the top of the factory mag and tigging it onto it as it is the excact same size phisically and fits the mag well perfectlly....

Picked up Dustin 46 RDs of 9mm hollows for 10 bux, guy wanted 15 but I jewed him for 5 bux since it was going to the HMT jewbag himself...
