Foreclosure rates
« on: March 15, 2010, 01:22:42 PM »

I saw this link: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=111494514

And looking at some the counties some you nogs live in is seriously high foreclosure rates.

Looking at Wyoming (my state) my county has the highest. 1 out of 1,381 households face foreclosure.

I wish I had some major  cash to buy up some homes.

The oil and gas business around here is heating up more.

Good ole kern county almost 1 in every 100. No wonder you can buy a house for under 50k there now. 15.8 percent unemployment rate. Solid.

Imperiral county a nice solid 27 percent. Yes guys California is the place of dreams. No jobs, poverty and crime. Even the mexicans wont come here anymore.

1 in 945... I thought it would be better in my county since the naval shipyard employs 1/3 of the people  :P  I guess having a good job still won't keep people from making bad decisions.

Look at how many real estate agents are/have bought outside of their means. Americans in general are pretty fuckin stupid.

1 in 1071 with a Median Income of almost $97k.

Looking at the West Coast makes me laugh.  Has Hollywood and the sun really destroyed your reality that much that you can't figure out that if you only work 3 days a week at Starbucks; you can't afford a $50k BMW, a $700k 1500 sqft house, and to go to Vegas every other month?

Vegas is also bankrupt. Major casino's are most likely going to be flipped in the next couple years.

you really have to look at the amount of houses in the area versus the ratio of forclosures. some places looks alot worse then they are.

California minus some areas of the bay area and la are that bad. The middle of the state away from the coast is just poor with crazy laws that have moved every business away from here.
