You've showed no proof of sending the manifold, you've lied multiple times about sending the manifold. I think the way I and the customer feel about this ordeal is justified.

Like I said, I don't care who you are and how good your products are. I'd never deal with a company that LIED about the product being made or when it was going to be shipped. If you can't do it or don't want to do it, then have the balls to say you can't and leave it at that. If you don't feel like getting the manifold done until 3 months later because you're lazy then say so at the time the money is being sent.

You also realize as long as the person paid with their credit card through paypal, they can file a claim through their credit card and paypal won't have a say in the matter?  For some reason, people think Paypal actually carries weight.  If you pay with a credit card, fuck paypal, contact your CC company and let them handle business.

Matt, just send the manifold and get these people off your back and restore your credibility.  I don't know what's holding you up, but I'd just try to get it done and move on.
