SENT:

Once again your update doesnt work, ive run force update and get the confirmation that ive got the latest but still get the
MSGID M002H OLD VERSION!!!  After running force update 3 times.

You need to figure a way out to let us use a version that is stable. WITHOUT having it time bombed so WE CAN TUNE FUCKING CARS WITH YOUR SOFTWARE WEVE PAID FOR. WHEN WE NEED TO. Its getting old.

That should be your number one priority as far as fixes right now. As a user Im not happy, I as well as MANY others are tired of this. tHERE ARE MULTIPLE THREADS ON MULTIPLE BOARDS. dO YOU SIMPLY NOT CARE THAT YOUR USERS ARE UNHAPPY??? I hope you do, but I question it.

Please fix the download ASAP. There arfe muliple threads on boards due to this problem. The holiday is not an acceptable excuse. I need the software NOW and cant use it...  At times like this eCtune is USELESS TO ME.

please fix this issue..... Promptly

This guy is a fucking assclown

My Force Update worked this morning. I find it funny however that the pop-up window says update BEFORE the expiration date, but won't allow you to update until the day of  :-\

I was out of a license for about a week and a half. My year expiration came on the 21st, never got a new license in my email, he didn't respond to an inquiry about it, and it wasn't until I posted in a thread on the eCtune forum that people in the same boat as me started getting any sort of help. Kind of pissed me off, I didn't have a license so I couldn't tune, and had planned on installing my new turbo early last week but couldn't because I had no way to tune the fucking thing.

The software works great...when it works. All the hoops I have to jump through to use it however, deter me from ever buying an eCtune license again for cars in the future. It's just not worth it to me. I have had a Crome license for 6 years, and NOT ONCE ever had any sort of issue like this.

A piece of software is it is absolutely worthless when you cannot utilize it when you need to no matter how great or powerful it is.

does it matter?  the WOT timing in the table was at like 5-6* of timing.  The car should have broken up, gotten incredo loud...something.  Car was the exact same.  We didnt have the version that had the ignition timing window at the bottom of the data table but we weren't stupid and we knew how the engine "should" have reacted.

I bought a demon and neptune last time I got locked out. It made it over the sea and showed up in the mail before I even got an answer from calvin. I like the software, but its worthless when its NOT WORKING. I understand he has a life and is not online 24/7 but he should have tought about that before he made the lock out crap.
