What kind of turbo mani should my noob ass make?

Finally getting around to boosting the failboat.  Not going for huge power gains, its got a stock questionably healthy bottom end and a slushbox (for now).  I basically want to make it about as fast as a stock H swap would be, so about 200hp or so, nothing crazy (especially with ghetto SAFC2 tuning on DSM 390's).  Turbo will most likely be a T3 50 trim out of a volvo, or a turbo off a saab, depending on what's in better shape that I can find when I hit up the U-pull.

I'd really rather keep AC and PS, as its a daily.  Also the reason for the low boost and small turbo.  Fast spoolup is awesome.

I can mig weld okay, and will practice more before I do any welding on the mani itself, and the fluxcore seems pretty easy.  Don't give a shit how the mani/downpipe look as long as they work.

To be honest, I'm still unsure of the turbo since I sold the old ones I had for more than I bought them for when I was broke.  And I know, its a tossup as to whether the slushbox will explode before the motor spits a rod.  Replace T3 50 trim with "whatever the fuck old volvos have thats still a garrett".

I know its not gonna be fast.  Just needs to be faster than it is now.

Go with a sink trap since the f22b flange is gay, it will be alot easier that way, cheaper too....

I've got a stock A-pipe to make the sinktrap out of.  I might have to put in a slimmer fan so I have more room, but I should be able to get a good chunk of it just from that.
