Most cars now have cameras running, that record to a drive starting the 60-90 BEFORE they hit their lits, so if they were close enough to see you before they lit you up, you're prolly on camera, or your plates. So wear a mask.
Along with the caltrops JD mentioned, a used oil container that can be easily dumped will help. Just a gallon or so in a strategic turn could cause catastrophic damage.
KNOW the area you are running. Avoid places that can easily be blocked or stripped.
Destroy their vehicles
