boltzmann constant
« on: August 03, 2010, 12:35:50 AM »

Boltzmann constant = 1.3806503 × 10-23 m2 kg s-2 K-1

for some reason i get that as the first link when you type " K " in the search bar.

K is def the celebrity in the ideal gas law.  p, V n and T don't have shit on K.

I never have to look that up it is in my constants library on my HP 50g. ;D

the units can also be expressed as k = 1.3806503 × 10-23 m2 kg s-2 K-1 = 1.3806503 × 10-23 J*oK-1  ;D

Boltzmann constant = 7.270063x10-27 BTU*oR-1

I think all cop cars need to have turbo. nbspnbsp Then they would understand the necessity of putting your foot down and how uncontrollable the urge is to fucking rail on that shit.

ti-89 ftw

Until go into real Physics, Engineering, and D.E. classes, and have to find link to dl all the equation and constants libraries found on the HP50g right out of the box. ;D

Ti89 have following that reminds me Apple verses everybody else. :-\

Great for classes where a teacher knows only what is taught to them by Ti reps.

But in the outside world there are HP, Casio, Sharp, and many other calculators that have more features, upgrades, and do not have a monopoly on what can be put on your calculator.  :?:

Not a calculator aficionado by any means, but what do you mean a monopoly on what you can put on it?  I had a TI-83+  ??? throughout high school and I remember putting on a shitton of apps/games as well as writing my own stuff in Z80 ASM.  Seemed pretty versatile to me.  Haven't tried any of the other brands though, we were required to get a TI calc.
