beat the hood until it fits haha i had to make a little 2X4ISH hump on my eg hood so the turbo wouldnt touch it then i smoothed it out with mud, but idk if you could stretch the metal enough for that one there. mine was only 1/2 inch high or so.

See if you can redo the top mount short enough to allow you to cut a some hood braces.

Then slam the hood down a couple of times to mark where the hood needs to be bent.

Then hammer with a ball peen and with a dolly. ;D

It looks like you would only have to cut out like 2-3 inches of height of the top mount.

I would love to see build back in a sleeper status but clean.

Nothing like looking and riding in Spiker's car to set some new standards as a RHMT sleeper. ;D :yes: :noel: :evil: O0

Well the car is now boosted! Yesterday was a long day, but the car is home, I just need to redo the drain fiding and make a dump for the wastegate.

Ok first I want to start of by thanking everyone that has help aloung the way, if it were not for everyone helping I would have never made it.

So the 4dr made a 1500 mile round trip to Rhmt Ne dyno day, also made 408 hp and 370ft/lbs uncorrected at 24psi, Boost controller was max out and could not get the 30psi like I wanted. Even at that power level on the street and a open diff she grabs every gear and harly spins them, meaning she HOOKS!

Motor going into the crx over the winter time with a home made D2B. Low boost setting 408hp at 24psi, cranking her to 35psi and a 120 shot from the direct port kit. Oh BTW show me a B or k with the same power, but more tq?

Small update, I pulled the turbo motor back in September, I replace it with a stroker motor I put together. The motor has around 5,000 miles on it, drives good, runs good, BUT ITS SLOW!

New plans for 2012 is built and boosted for under $500, stay tuned :Jew:
