everything in brighton beach and real russia is generic... there will be 10 kinds of cheese at the grocer but all labeled "cheese" same with salami and fish... if you dont know what you want, you have to fuck yourself

I think its a throwback from our communist era where you went to the store and bought THE cheese, THE bread, and THE fish, (if there was any) not ONE OF THE CHEESES.
