Its worth reading. California is truly fucked up. The guy who was killed was an awesome guy. Hardest working small business owner and always had a smile on his face. His family worked 7 days a week and I never saw nothing but loving people who loved what they did.

It would truely be disturbing if his retarded ass, after killing someone, actually broke the speed limit at any point in the rest of his life.

Prison+ someones death on my conscience = I would never speed again and would be fucking scared shitless everytime I got behind the wheel.

The question is, did he actually learn something? And if he did, will he use what he learned for the betterment of mankind?

Technically, the guy with the ice-cream scoop for a head is still alive (brain-dead though). I think his parents are keeping him alive to milk the Hogans for $$$. Dead people only get 1 payment, living people (and their families) can get paid for the rest of their lives.
