I followed Blundar's recipe with apples and sweets garnished with nutmeg before mashing, added some onions to it.  Bit too much for me.

Made mashed yukon golds for everyone else.  Seems I'm the only person in the house that likes sweet potatoes.

Sweet potatoes are the shit. We have a local mom and pop place here that makes the best I have ever tasted. Will not divulge the recipe, but I know it includes lots o butter and brown sugar.
