Anybody know if another kind of car uses my exact shocks?
« on: January 22, 2012, 01:54:32 PM »

The shocks on my 03 Nissan Altima are blown to shit. Ride is so bumpy its ridiculous. And Vato-zone wants like $150 a piece for them. So im wanting to go get some out of a junkyard. What im looking for is if any other cars use the exact same shock as my car, so im not limited to looking at just altima's. I don't even know where to begin looking. Im guessing finding the part number and then cross referencing other nisAnd because I'm an intellectual being,  to see if they use the same ones. But i need them to be EXACT.

Edit*

Well doing another check at autozone they now carry cheaper ones. $59.99 for fronts. Part number G56671. Anybody know any other cars that use this exact shock? Might just have to buy these ones new instead. But how good can they be for only $60?

Did someone fuck with my post or did autocorrect kick my ass again? Yeah I'm was pretty sure the maxima would have the same ones, but wanted to know about others. Thats a pretty good deal on amazon, might have to do that.
