Today I decided to ban Arsenio again since he has been breaching some of our code of ethics. I personally think it's just, but a member that I respect thinks I am totally wrong so I wanted to see everyone's overall opinion on this matter and member Arsenio

Let me remind everyone I have not banned or screwed with anyones profile but his. Even at that I have not modified his posts to be a dick.

Why I banned him

Photoshop of a members kid on here with some sexual content
Thinking it's funny to pass around a lie that it was my fault we lost the forum

Plus more shit but that's enough to disgust me.

The only thing in the list would be the kid thing.. but it depends on where the picture came from.  If it was a picture posted here, imo, it is fair game.  But if it came from someone's Facebook, I would say no bueno. 

I have said this time and time again.. never post pictures of anyone you care about on this site.  If you do and Arsenio photoshops penises in your son's mouth.. you should know better.  If Arsenio is going out and finding pictures of your son and putting them here that's kind of different to me.

I pretty much agree with ^^^ that. Ms painted dicks have been a long time tradition of this site. Gay/tranny porn should be at least a temp ban. Other than that pretty much anything is fair game. Any pic posted on this site should be fair game, but searching for other pics and messing with them isnt cool.

Gay porn has always been auto temp ban, and should be permanent if repeated. If the pick was posted here, then MS paint away. And yes I do have kids, still I know what this site is like and am smart enough to not post pics of shit I care about beyond cars and girls. Also, the spreading rumors part sounds personal and like you got butt hurt. That's a big no no here. Don't take anything here personally, and don't use your power to get back at him for it.
