Took the kids out to the event and we had fun. We also had the only "Not For Sale" sign, which got me on Ron Pauls facebook page.

The fucked up part about this is our democracy then gets sold to the highest bidder (which is always going to be the big corporate interests). The fact that he is doing as well as he is is what gives me hope. The problem with this is now the government has declared war on the non mainstream media to stop this (SOPA/PIPA).

I have contributed to his campaign and I will vote for him regardless.

Google is running SOPA with their new privacy pollicy, so it's basically already in effect. I've been using duckduckgo to search, running firefox with ghostery, ABP and a few other goodies, moved my main email to my private server.

Wait til the "cloud" comes and computers with hard drives become "obsolete" and obtaining a hard drive becomes next to impossible/illegal.

Really is too bad the media doesnt give him more attention, he really does seem to be the only canidate worth a shit. I think this election will be a close call and Ron will end up spoiling it for the republicans even if he doesnt run as an independent, he has huge support that is going to write him in no matter what.

fuck. that makes me hate google a little, i actually got in a huge drunken argument with my friend last night about how he loves google plus and i think it sucks and they just tried to take over facebook and failed, and that google is the walmart of the internet, if that makes sence. they want you to have to come through google for anything internet and smart phone related, just like walmart wants you to do everything through them

Dont underestimate the political power of the pro-lifers. I ended up having to speak after one of these guys in my precinct and I bowled that guy right over as another excuse for big government. We all know that we need to reduce the size of our government and making new laws is a step in the wrong direction. If I wanted more government I would vote for Obama or his white brother (mitt Romney).
