sup homos sorry I havent been around lately going through some shit, job change, school getting hard etc...

So who here works out regularly and what exercises do you normally do? I was big into it in high school, quit, and am starting to get back into lifting again. I mix up all my shit, try and do upper body one day, then abs and lower back the next, then legs the next. I'm bulking up right now then once im done with my creatine im going to start cutting and just trying to get a nice body.

If you guys want to work out but have a hard time focusing in the gym I suggest getting a prework. I have been using jack3d and its helped me alot getting focused on lifting and not just playing with my dick at the gym while staring girls asses. It also gives you a nice jolt of energy too but not like coffee.

I do wrestling classes on weekends, no gi jits on Mon and Weds, sparring Sundays sometimes.  That's the extent of my working out.

Don't be a bitch, it will help.  I have 2 herniated discs and pinched nerves in my legs.  When I don't work out it's unbearable.  Not doing shit because it hurts will lead to atrophy and weakening of the support structure.  6 years ago they said I had the back of the average 75 year old and that was only 2 years after my injury.. they told me not to do anything.  I'd hate to see an MRI today but I feel better than I did back then.

the only problem is right now if I wrestle my shoulder just pops out and its game over. however I havent workout hard since I had surgery so well see. But I think I would find more enjoyment boxing and punching your mother in the head. :mexi:

I haven't worked out in a gym in awhile. I've been looking for a place to get a membership, but most are shady and I read online where they keep drawing out of your account after you've canceled among other bullshit things.

And im really excited about this. The only problem is I am too broke to do anything.

I'm thinking of this myself, unfortunately the bike paths here shit, and there is way too many asshole drivers locally.  :noel:

I commute ~10mi/day on my bike, run 40-80 miles per week, do some cross training sessions similar to something like crossfit workouts, rock climb a bit, and do a fair bit of body weight exercises.  Feels good.

I try to go to the gym twice a week but its difficult since I get enough working out at work.  The physical woes of being a patient care tech :/

I just started working out for about 1-1.5 hours a day. We'll see if I look pretty for the dyno day.

Its a lot of time to commit to, but I didn't want to be as fluffy as the fluffy crew, so I'm gonna get my ass in shape.

I started just a week ago.  I weigh 30lbs less than I did when I was in high school, and can't lift nearly as much.  Free weights and shittons of food, gained 6 pounds in less than a week  :?:  I've only had time to work out once every couple days but we'll see what's up in a couple weeks.

I don't work out for now, but I got my old multi exercises machine from my parent's house last Sunday. I'll start as soon as I clean it up and reassemble it.

Now, I can't even lift my own weight and it sucks. I used to lift 180lbs last year (I'm 155lbs). I'm stuck at 120lbs because I have too much things to do and no time to train.

Who needs training anyway? :P

Normally I should be about 130lbs, I need more mexi food and fiber.

Then hit a bike, w/o getting knocked down by wind and work the rest off. (look up the amount of wind turbines in Wyoming and you'll understand my concerns about the wind)

So, I feel lucky, rapidly approaching 40yrs. and not light bits of fluffy is just now forming.  :noel:

When I was in HS I weighed 115lbs, squatting 400lbs, benching 120lbs, and deadlifting 250lbs or so.

I was too damn skinny back then.

Back in highschool.....lol when I was a snot noise punk 15-16  I was 5'11" 195lbs, could bench 345, squat 605, dead lift 700something and leg press more than the leg press machine could hold. I also could run the 40yd dash in 4.6 seconds. Not bad for a fat white kid. TO bad I was still one of the smallest linemen on our football team. They were all Samoan. But slow for the most part. Football was fucking dumb so I started playing lacrosse.  Cardio is where its at if you want to be in shape

 jackoff and get drunk. sometimes i bang my girl till im too out of breath and tired, but shes pretty big and pregnant now so i lost alot of interest in that. i walk my dog but not much of an excersize mostly me trying not to get pulled around fuckin bitch wears a pinch collar still pulls like a train.   bike rides with her is pretty scary

but i keep meaning to cut down the smoking and drinking and try to get in better cardio health maybe do boxing

Ive slacked off a good bit since it started to get cold last fall, too dam busy now to do much.  I was riding trails a couple days a week and ride my bike everyday.  I like to do some rock climbing when the weather's not shitty.  I'm 6'4" 235lbs right now, but I'm trying to get down to <200 by summer.

High school is in the past queers, when I was 15 I set a state record for 300lbs clean and almost jerked it. DL was like 540 or some shit. bench sucked tho it was only like 265.

3rd day of working out and did legs and arms. tried to do abs but did 5 sit ups and they gave out. I hate starting working out again.

Ill be getting a bicycle as soon as I get some extra money so I can ride around town and not drive the car......
