i run the devils own progressive kit with the 10GPH nozzle using a 50/50 mix of water methanol, works good so far i have yet to turn the boost up past 23psi
i used the meth calculator and went a little bit bigger than they suggested

are you spraying pre or post turbo?

the 10 gph nozzle seems huge. maybe I should switch to a bigger one then, I use the devils own proggressive give also. why(how) would you spray it pre turbo? it would not benefit much as for as pressure of pump and mistting of the mixture because it has to travel through an intercooler. I think the best place to put it 6" befor the throttle body or direct port like nitrous. pre turbo makes no sense unless you are using it to cool the turbo itself, but how would you do that? the turbo is very start of the intake system.

You would only want to use a nozzle that big if you are spraying a 50/50 mix. Pre turbo can help a small maxed out turbo to make more horse power. I will be running pre and post on my D16.

I highly doubt considering the amount of heat thats dealt within the turbo, Im guessing most water that is dropped in turns into steam or eventually burns off since you dont use it all the time
The main reason alot of people dont do pre turbo is because some early setups that had low psi pumps and poor nozzle atomisation wore the tips off and pitted the compressor wheel.

i spray pre turbo for many MANY reasons.

cools the initial intake charge.  you get a denser intake stream, and its gets atmized further still by the turbo.

also, wont affect the intake temp sensor by getting it all wet. i also dont spray that much. i runthe cooling mist stock nozzel size. i dont know what they gave me, but its the smaller one. ill have to ask around and see exactly what i got.
