Don't give those fuckers a penny. It's a new year and new site. Let the past die. We made up that shit and we can do it here...for free.

Most of us are more skilled now then we were when tech posts were written so its just a matter of time for all of us to work together

Old site means as much to me as h-t does.

Any write ups you personally did you could copy and paste here. They are your words and thoughts.

Also if Jeff Frank is fired up as I think he is  the man of write ups etc. Also Beau downpipe cockshots will be in full effect. Jeff might even have a write up on his events on how to get redemption.

This is new and lets start by forgetting about the past.

I want to stay about 10,000 miles away from any possible legal issues but I don't see how someone moving their posts from one forum to another could be in any way any type of legal issue.  I'm no lawyer though

I was about to say the same thing. You have the option to delete your own posts last time I checked, but then again who knows what the nazi is cooking up over there. I say if you can get on then pull down any tech shit you may of posted up. He wants tech, put his own up.

i understand they are your words, but they also belong to HMT which belongs to Dick.  Intellectual property or not, it would be too risky for you guys to go deleting stuff.  Dick is probably starting his count down to destruction right now and that means he could possibly look for any reason to save his own ass.

safest bet would be to just leave it be and pretend like homemadeturbo.com doesn't exist.

If I wrote them they are my intelectual property. I'll do with them what I please. You can't delete them anyway, not that I would.

I like this place already

And there are no legal issues of having your own writeups or other info on more than one site. Grab you shit and repost it here if it's good.

im not saying you cant copy and paste.  I just wouldnt delete it.  Even if there is no case, if a judge decides to hear it, someone is going to have to pay for lawyer fees and court fees and someone is going to have to go to court.  Not worth it.
